The scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for any engagement will be set out separately in a proposal, quote, or agreement between EASYRUSH DIGITAL and the client.

Payments and engagements

Our total liability for any claim arising from a service engagement shall not exceed the fees paid for that engagement.
